Mohammad Alnajideen
Research Fellow
Dr. Mohammad Alnajideen (CEng, MMechE & MIET) is the Manager of the Centre of Excellence on Ammonia Technologies (CEAT) and a Research Fellow in Energy Engineering Systems at Cardiff University. He has 15+ years of experience in Renewable Energy R&D&I, spanning both academia and industry. Dr Alnajideen is involved in multiple EPSRC-UKRI - Welsh Government research projects, where he spearheads pioneering R&D endeavours in the realm of Renewable Energy Systems and Alternative Energy Fuels. Projects aim to develop innovative engineering applications for alternative fuels and to deepen the understanding of the thermodynamics involved in complex CCHP cycles. He served as Assistant Professor and Lecturer of Renewable Energy and Thermal Sciences in academia, and Gas Turbine and Balance of Power Plant Engineer in Industry.
