Mostafa Delpisheh

PhD Student

Mostafa Delpisheh is currently a Doctoral Researcher in chemical engineering at Newcastle University, focusing on offshore wind to green hydrogen production funded by the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) Ocean-REFuel Project. Mostafa holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering, majoring in energy Conversion (summa cum laude), and a bachelor’s degree, both from the Iran University of Science and Technology. Aiming to extend multidisciplinary skills, he also participated in an applied MBA in Energy Management at the University of Tehran. He has more than eight years of theoretical, computational, and experimental research experience in the analysis, design, and development of renewable and sustainable energy systems, concentrating now on electrochemical energy conversion and storage. Mostafa focuses on developing innovative solutions for next-generation energy demands. His goal is to positively impact the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically Chapter 7, which calls for affordable, reliable, sustainable, and modern energy for all.
