Xintong Wang

Research Assistant

Xintong Wang is a Research Associate in the Department of Naval Architecture, Ocean and Marine Engineering at the University of Strathclyde. His current research focuses on advanced structural design and integrity analysis of floating offshore wind turbines and hydrogen infrastructures.

Dr. Wang holds both a Ph.D. and a M.Sc. in Marine Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technolgy (NTNU). He has a strong academic background and extensive research experience in the design and analysis of ships and offshore structures. His publications and theses cover a wide range of topics concerning marine structures under ultimate, accidental, and fatigue limit states.
